Tour Of Missouri 2009 Stage 4 I really had a lot of fun today at the forth stage of the Tour of Missouri. It was well worth the extra time to go down early to chat with the teams that were hanging out with people. Team Bissell and Kelly Benefit Strategies were both out just sitting in lawn chairs chatting with everyone and anyone. I enjoyed talking with both teams about the equipment they were using this year.
